Returns/Refunds Policy

Returns & Exchanges

All eligible items must be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receiving your items. Contact support@bloombylovlie.com with your order number and a detailed message regarding the return or exchange. We will contact you back if the items will be received and honored for a return or exchange.

Items that have signs of being worn or damaged will not be accepted. Bloom By Lovlie does not pay for the cost of return shipping. Once the return has arrived it may take 5 to 10 business days for fund to be deposited back into original form of payment.


Items excluded for return and refund include: eyewear, handbags, jewelry (Earrings), all sale items.
