Shipping Policy

Shipping Information:

All ground orders placed before 3:00 pm PST will be shipped out the same day following verification and credit authorization. 

All orders being placed with next day shipping or two day shipping must be placed before 2:00 pm PST to have your package ship out the same day (no deliveries on weekends or holidays).

Please make sure your billing information is inputted correctly at the time of checkout. In the event that your billing information is inputted incorrectly, your order may be delayed if additional information is needed. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud.

All packages are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm PST. We do not offer shipping or delivery on weekends or holidays. Should you place your order after hours, on a weekend or holiday, your order will be processed and shipped the following business day.

Domestic Shipping: 

Free shipping on all domestic orders that exceed $60 before shipping cost and after any discount code is applied. All packages are shipped with USPS.

We provide tracking information on all orders. You will be able to track your package the entire way with the shipment confirmation that is provided. Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery. We will not be held responsible for orders that show “DELIVERED”. Signature may be required at the time of delivery.

Sale Items:

All items on sale are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable. All items on sale are final sale. All discounted items are also final sale. We reserve the right to add or remove items from sale at any time. Any sale or final sale item received for a return or exchange will not be honored. No exceptions.
